Aylsham Care Trust
Aylsham and District Care Trust (ACT) are a charity based in Aylsham, Norfolk, that provides services to improve the health and well-being of the Aylsham community by connecting people and providing them with the support they need to live well.
Logo redesign
ACT's branding was looking a little tired so was in need of an update (scroll down to see the before!). I designed a clean, modern logo with a colour palette to reflect the charity's forward-thinking ethos. During this process, it was important I carried across ACT's iconic hands and orange from their previous logo into the new look so that their current customer base didn't feel alienated. This process has made the overall look and feel of the charity far more cohesive.
Orange Blossom Cafe
Orange Blossom Cafe is ACT's in-house coffee shop. Like ACT, their logo was looking dated and I had an idea for a new logo so I pitched it to the client and they loved it!For this logo I carried across the colour palette and three hands from ACT's logo and turned them into an orange blossom flower.
Icon design.
With ACT's strap line 'Care. Connect. Belong' in mind, I included three interlinking hands in the design to represent each word. The hands could then used across the business for other messaging and icons.
